📦 Next-Day Return Service – In-Store or Mail-In Options Available

We offer two convenient options for next-day returns: in-store return or return by mail.

• In-Store Return:
  Return the Yukata to Yae Kimono during our business hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)  the following day.

• Return by Mail:
  If you choose to return the Yukata by mail, please make sure to send it out during our business hours on the following day. We will provide a pre-filled shipping label with our address. Simply take the package to a convenience store or your hotel front desk to send it. (Shipping fees are calculated by the courier company.)

  For next-day returns, please provide a form of identification (such as your passport) for our records. We will also take a photo of your Yukata for the return's verification.

  Regarding your personal belongings (such as the clothes you changed out of or other items), you may choose to store them overnight at our shop for a handling fee of ¥500 per person. Alternatively, you can take them with you—we will provide a complimentary bag, so there’s no need to prepare one yourself.

Don’t worry—our staff will walk you through everything on the day. It’s all very simple, so just relax and enjoy the experience!
